Iron
12.5 mgCarbonyl iron — a gentle, slow-release form of iron that's easy on your tummy and free from that metallic aftertaste.
Ferritin Support · 60 Cherry flavoured gummies
Rozies pairs iron with vitamin C, folate and vitamin B12 in one cherry-flavoured gummy, plus 200 mg of beetroot. Vitamin C helps your body absorb the iron, while folate and B12 support healthy red blood cell formation — all without the upset stomach so many women get from standard iron tablets.
Most women take iron daily for 8–12 weeks to rebuild their stores. Some notice more energy within the first few weeks; changes in hair usually take a little longer. Results vary from person to person.
Chew one gummy a day, ideally with food or a glass of orange juice. Avoid taking it at the same time as tea, coffee or calcium, which can reduce absorption. Adults only.
Per gummy: Iron (as carbonyl iron) 12.5 mg, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 50 mg, Folate (as L-5-MTHF) 400 µg, Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 200 µg, Beetroot powder (Beta vulgaris) 200 mg.
Vegan · Gluten-free · Gelatine-free · Non-GMO · No artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Only 1 g sugar per gummy.
Dispatched from our UK warehouse with Royal Mail Tracked. Order before 2pm on a working day for same-day dispatch. Most orders arrive in 2–3 working days. Free delivery on all bundles.
Try Ferravital for a full 90 days. If you're not happy, drop us an email and we'll refund your order — even if the bottle's empty.
"Less hair in my brush after about two months. Wish I'd found this sooner."
"Finally an iron supplement I can take every day without feeling sick. And it actually tastes nice. My afternoon slump is so much better."
"Tastes like a sweet, no tummy issues, and I actually remember to take it."
A gentle start: One cherry gummy a day becomes the easiest part of your routine — no nausea, no constipation, no metallic aftertaste.
Many women notice fewer afternoon slumps and feel less wiped out after the gym or the school run.
Less brain fog, warmer hands and feet, and a healthier glow as your iron stores build back up.
Less hair in the shower and your brush. A good moment to ask your GP to recheck your ferritin.
*Individual results vary.
Ferritin is the protein that stores iron in your body — think of it as your iron savings account. You can have normal haemoglobin and still have low ferritin, which is why so many women feel shattered, foggy and see extra hair shedding without a clear answer.
When your stores run low, your body prioritises the essentials — and things like hair growth and energy take a back seat. Rebuilding ferritin takes steady, daily iron your body can actually absorb — which is why every Rozies gummy pairs iron with vitamin C.
*Ask your GP to test your ferritin and talk you through your results.

felt less brain fog by week 8
*Based on a survey of 800 UK customers after 3 months of daily use.

I honestly never leave reviews but I have to with this one. For about a year my hair was coming out in clumps every time I washed it. I'd stand in the shower and just watch it wrap round my fingers, it was horrible. My GP did bloods and said everything was "within range". I asked what my ferritin was and it was 13. Thirteen! Nobody had even mentioned it.
I'd tried iron tablets before but they made me so constipated I gave up after a week. A friend sent me these and I thought gummies were going to be a gimmick but they've been fine on my stomach. About 10 weeks in now and the drain isn't clogged every week anymore, and my hairdresser actually said "what have you been doing, you've got loads of new growth at the front". Nearly cried in the chair.
Taste like cherry sweets, not like iron. That's all I needed.
I've always been pale but last winter it got ridiculous. Three different people at work asked if I was feeling alright, my mum kept saying I looked grey. I felt grey too to be fair. Been taking one of these every morning since the end of August and I've got a bit of colour back in my face. Someone said I looked "well" last week and I didn't know what to do with myself.
Took a good month before I noticed anything so don't expect miracles in week one. But the 3pm crash is so much better now and I'm not falling asleep on the sofa at 8. Knocked a star off because I wish the jar lasted longer.
Every morning I used to pull a ball of hair out of my brush the size of a small hamster. My partner joked about it but it really got to me. It's still not perfect but the ball is about a quarter of the size it was. 3 months in. I'm on my second order of 3 jars.
I'm hopeless with tablets, I always forget. These sit next to the kettle and I have one with my morning tea. Haven't missed a day.
I work on a till and standing for long shifts used to make me go light-headed and seeing stars, I'd have to grab the counter. I thought it was just me not eating properly. My ferritin came back at 9 when I finally pushed for a blood test. I started these alongside sorting my diet out and I haven't had a proper wobbly moment in weeks. Will keep going.
Ordered on Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning. Well packaged and the gummies weren't stuck together which I was worried about.
I lost what felt like half my hair in about two months after my second baby. It came out in actual clumps, on my pillow, in the shower, on my jumpers. I was finding it everywhere and I was too embarrassed to wear it down. The health visitor said it was normal postpartum shedding and it would stop. It didn't stop.
I paid for a private blood test in the end and my ferritin was 11. I'd been running on empty for months and just thought that's what having two under three feels like. I couldn't stomach the tablets the GP gave me (felt sick every single morning) so I tried these because they were gummies and I figured I'd actually take them.
Five months later. Shedding is back to normal, I've got short new hairs all along my parting and I can wear a ponytail again without seeing my scalp. I'm not going to say it was only these because I've also been eating better, but I'm not stopping.
Really nice cherry taste but slightly too sweet for me first thing in the morning. I take it after lunch now. Energy is definitely better than it was.
This sounds daft but my feet have been like ice blocks for years, I wear bed socks in July. I didn't connect it to iron at all until I read about it. Two months on these and my partner says he can finally get into bed without screaming when my feet touch him. Hands are still a bit cold but it's a lot better.
every iron tablet I've ever tried has wrecked me. constipation, cramps, the lot. been on these 6 weeks and nothing. genuinely surprised.
I'm a nurse so I'm cynical about supplements and the claims on Instagram. But I also know a ferritin of 15 isn't "fine" even if the lab range says it is. I was exhausted after every night shift, short of breath on the stairs at work and my hair was thinning at the temples.
I chose these because the dose is sensible, it has vitamin C in to help absorption and I knew I'd actually take a gummy. Retested after 12 weeks and I'm up to 41. Not a miracle, still more to go, but heading in the right direction, I'm less breathless and I'm not crawling home after shifts anymore.
Turns up just before I run out. Easy to skip a month when I've got some left.
I used to clear a clump of hair out of the plughole every couple of days. It was honestly scary how much there was. 8 weeks in and I'm clearing it about once a week now and it's a normal amount. My hair feels thicker when I tie it up too.
Three weeks in. They taste nice and haven't upset my stomach so that's a win already. Not noticed a difference in energy yet but I know it takes time so will update.
I didn't realise how bad I'd got until I started feeling better. I was napping in my car on my lunch break. Cancelling plans with friends because I just couldn't face it. Now I'm doing the school run, a full day at work and still have energy to cook tea and actually talk to my husband in the evening. Wish I'd done this two years ago.
One jar arrived with a cracked lid. Sent a photo and they had a new one out to me the next day, no fuss. Gummies themselves are great.
I have really heavy periods and I've been low in iron on and off since I was a teenager. The dizzy spells when I stand up too fast, the pale skin, needing a nap every afternoon, I know the drill. Normally I end up back on prescription tablets that make me feel awful. I've been taking these for 3 months and for the first time I've got through my period week without feeling like I'm going to pass out in Tesco.
Ordered again. Says it all really.
I'd normally never bother reviewing but I've been so impressed. More energy, my hair is fuller with way less shedding, and I've actually got some colour in my cheeks rather than looking like I've seen a ghost. My sister has ordered some now too.
About 10 weeks now. Shedding has definitely slowed down and I've noticed a few baby hairs. Not a total miracle and I'm still losing more than I'd like, but something is actually happening for the first time after years of biotin doing nothing. Will keep going.
So hard to find iron gummies without gelatine. These are vegan and actually taste good. Been plant-based for 6 years and my iron has always been on the low side, my energy is much better since starting these.
For 18 months my hair was breaking and thinning so much I basically had a mullet without trying. I tried rosemary oil, scalp massages, expensive shampoos, everything. My GP said it was normal at my age (I'm 44). Saw a different doctor at my practice for something else and she checked my ferritin. 12. She said that technically counts as "normal" but she'd want women nearer 70.
I started these alongside the advice she gave me. Two months later my ferritin had more than doubled and my hair looks like my hair again. My hairdresser said "I can actually give you a proper cut now". Customer for life honestly.
The mid-afternoon fog is gone. I used to read the same email five times. Not anymore.
I've bought so many supplements over the years that ended up at the back of the cupboard. These are the first thing I've taken every single day for 4 months, mainly because they're nice and it takes two seconds. My nails have stopped splitting too which was a nice surprise.
I used to wake up to hair all over my pillowcase, like I'd been moulting overnight. I started picking it off before my boyfriend noticed. Three months on these and most mornings there's barely anything there. Small thing but it's made a big difference to how I feel when I wake up.
My daughter (19) has been pale and shattered all through uni. She won't take tablets but she takes these happily. Her colour's come back and she sounds so much brighter on the phone.
They work for me and I like them, but one jar on its own is a bit much. The 3 jar deal makes more sense so I'd go for that.
Silly one but I'd stopped going to gigs because standing for two hours made me dizzy and clammy, I nearly fainted at one last year. Went to see a band in Manchester last month and stood the whole time with no wobbles. Been on these since March.
Love the taste, love the jar, love that I'm not exhausted all the time anymore.
I'm 47 and assumed everything was the menopause. The tiredness, the hair thinning at the crown, feeling cold all the time even with the heating on. My GP finally tested my ferritin and it was 17. Nobody had ever mentioned it in all the times I'd been in about tiredness.
I've been taking these for about 4 months. I won't pretend it's fixed everything because perimenopause is perimenopause, but the bone-deep tiredness has lifted, I've stopped wearing a cardigan in May and the patch at my crown is much less obvious. My retest showed my ferritin had gone up nicely too. Worth trying if you're in the same boat.
Soft, chewy and not chalky like the kids' vitamins. Easy.
I was so fed up of people saying "you look tired" or "are you coming down with something". I wasn't ill, I was just permanently washed out and grey looking. I've had a few comments recently that I look really well. My skin looks brighter and I've ditched the heavy concealer I used to plaster under my eyes.
Energy improved in about 5 weeks, which is great. Hair hasn't changed much yet at 7 weeks but I've read it takes longer so I'm sticking with it.
I've tried three other iron gummies and they either tasted like metal or did nothing. These are the first ones that taste nice AND I can feel a difference. Already on my second order.
I want to write this because a year ago I would have wanted to read it. I was pulling handfuls of hair out every time I ran my fingers through it. Not a few strands, handfuls. I'd cry in the shower. I was convinced I was going bald at 32. I spent hundreds on serums, biotin, special shampoos, even looked into a hair transplant consultation.
Turned out my ferritin was 8. My GP prescribed ferrous sulphate and I lasted 4 days before the stomach pain made me stop. I found Rozies on Instagram, read loads of the reviews and decided to give it a go because at least I knew I'd be able to keep them down.
6 months later the difference is massive. Shedding is normal, I've got a halo of baby hairs around my hairline that I'm actually proud of, and I can wear my hair down again. If your hair is falling out and nobody is checking your ferritin, ask for it.
Jar looks nice enough to leave out on the kitchen side, which means I actually remember to take them.
I work in an office that's freezing all year and I was always the one with the blanket and the hot water bottle. Hands like ice, purple fingertips in winter. Still not a fan of the air con but I'm not shivering at my desk anymore. Two and a half months in.
Nice to take and no side effects. I've not noticed a big difference so far but my levels weren't that low to start with, so that might be why. Will finish the jars.
Had a follow-up blood test after 3 months and my GP said "whatever you're doing, keep doing it". Ferritin went from 19 to 52. Very happy.
I live on the third floor with no lift and I used to have to stop on the second landing to catch my breath, heart pounding. I'm 38, it was embarrassing. Now I can get up with my shopping without stopping. Hair's looking better too but honestly the stairs are what I notice most.
One a day, tastes nice, feel better. Nothing else to say.
I teach Year 4 and by the afternoon I was running on fumes. I'd get home, sit down "for five minutes" and wake up at 9pm with my marking still not done. I'd had my iron checked before and been told it was fine, but when I asked specifically about ferritin it was 14.
I've been taking these every morning since January. I can get through a full day of teaching, do my marking in the evening and still feel like a human. My colleagues have noticed I'm not hiding in the staffroom with my third coffee anymore.
My ponytail used to be the width of my little finger. It's noticeably thicker now after 4 months, I can feel it when I tie it up. Shedding in the brush is way down as well.
They're quite small, I'd happily take a bigger gummy. Otherwise very good, my energy has improved and the dizzy spells I was getting when I stood up are much less frequent.
My hairdresser told me she's seen lots of women with low iron and shedding and mentioned these. Glad I listened. Less hair in the sink after blow-drying and it feels healthier.
Arrived next day, had a lovely little thank you note in the box. Gummies are lovely and I'm already feeling more awake in the mornings.
I've been told my whole adult life to eat more red meat and spinach. I've done that. I still felt dreadful. Cold all the time, pale, light-headed if I stood in a queue too long, and my hair always thin. I finally found something I can take every day without feeling sick. 5 months in and I can't remember the last time I felt light-headed. People keep saying I look healthier. I don't think I realised how rubbish I'd been feeling until it stopped.
On my third bundle. Wouldn't be without them now.
